We are taking our twin girls to celebrate their 3rd bday. They turn 3 they day we leave WDW. But we are going to celebrate their bday all week long.

Per some suggestions on this board, I am going to leave little wapped presents on the bed each day for them to find. So far I bought some tinker bell pjs. Have some more shopping to do either here or at the World.

What do you think of the schedule:

Sat: arrive, swimming, Illuminatoins Cruise
Sun: Epcot, Ice cream Social at Garden Grille, Downtown Disney
Mon: Sea World
Tues: Cindy's Breakfast (telling them that that day is their bday)
day at the MK
Character dinner at CP
Wed: MGM & fantasmic
Thurs: Animal Kingdom, Mickey's Backyard Barb-b-que
Fri: Chef Mickeys, MK again

I also have a Storybook Princess breakfast for Sunday, but I think I might cancel it b/c I want the CRT to seem like such a big deal. I'm probably way over analyzing this.

I have naps & swimming worked into the schedule and only going to MGM in the afternnon and Evening after a full day at MK. This is their 1st trip and I want it to be special. We are also taking my sister who is 26 and it will be her 1ST!! trip, too.

Is there anything I should or shouldn't be doing. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!!

It looks like you are creating a very specail week for your girls. One caution that I might give is to not "over do" the birthday. Three year olds can get overwelmed very quickly. Having a birthday celebration everyday might be too much. I am a preschool director and we often find that when 3 &4's have two parties for their birthday, they really get confused. Most think they are two years older instead of one. It might be better to just enjoy the other days, doing all the PS's planned and then really celebrate big all day long on thier B-day. Enjoy that specail trip!!!

Sounds great especialy since you have an afternoon breaks built in! My girls sometimes can't wait to get back to the resort and swim. Remember to take your time and enjoy the play areas and fountainsl, my kids like them as much as some of the rides.

Just a thought but when my kids were three they would not have understood celebrating a birthday everyday. Personally I would pick one day as the "birthday celebrating day" probably the Cinderella breakfast day and do the birthday button and make it a big deal that day. My oldest had her 4th bday at wdw and my youngest her 5th and by the end they were kind of sick of people saying happy birthday??? (I know weird kids but they are a bit shy).

Of course you know your kids best, but I would at least hold off starting the celebrating until the MK Cinderella breakfast day. Especially if they haven't yet been to WDW the entire experience itself can be completely overwhelming nevermind the extra attention of a birthday. Just my .02 -

ps - just a reminder to wrap any gifts after you arrive or they will likely be opened by TSA if your flying.

sounds really nice. another thought is the dinner at 1900 park fare with cinderella if they are into the princesses. I believe you can order a cake for dessert. when we were there they all sang HB to the birthday girl. Im thinking of doing it for our dd 5th bday in Feb. I agree about not wrapping either. they also check at disney. we celebrate every year in dec a bday celebration and right afte 9/11 I had all the gifts wrapped for my son's friends and I had to unwrap all of them. :( Im sure your daughters will have a wonderful time celebrating their bday there
