Celebrating our 25th at WDW...need advice

My hubby and I will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary at DW next April. I have chosen for us to stay at POR for 10 nights. I have just started planning our itinerary. I figure we will get to our room by about 3 or 4 p.m. I'm sure the day up until that point will have been hectic enough so I wanted to plan a more laid-back and relaxing kind of evening.(no rushing to the parks) I thought a horse-drawn carriage/champagne ride for that evening might start things off right, then off to the POLY for a Luau and to watch the fireworks from there. That will take care of day 1. Yikes! so much to plan!
I would really like to surprise hubby with the Re-hitching ceremony. I'm not sure where it is that I could do this. A friend of mine told me it is available. I don't want it to be anything fancy, just fun and memorable! Any advice would be so appreciated.

We are celebrating our 12th Anniversary at WDW in July. We have scheduled the rehitching ceremony. It is at the Garden Grill in the Land Pavillion at Epcot. The lastest info says that they now do it for lunch and dinner Priority Seatings only (no more ice cream social). The waiter does a little announcement then performs the rehitching then you have to kiss for a count of 100. I think that you get a certificate and a small cake. We think that it sounds like fun and are looking forward to it.

My husband and I are celebrating our 5th anniversary at WDW in August. Maybe we'll go back for our 25th! We are having dinner at Victoria and Albert's at the Grand Floridian. I have read wonderful reviews here about it. The reservationist told me that they will give you a chocolate anniversary card to go with your personalized menu for your anniversary. It sounds like a really romantic location!

My parents got 'rehitched' for their 25th. It was fun. Nothing fancy, just hokey and fun.
