Celebrating A 5th Birthday with Mickey & Rain,May 2009! Completed..

Hi Nichole! I got all caught up, and your plans sound great! MK is worth doing commando so you guys don't miss anything! Chef Mickey's will be the perfect place for Thomas's bday! BB is so much fun! I still love teamboat springs no matter how old I get! HDDR was fun, but I can totally see why you would put it on the list for next time. I hope you get lots of cute pics of Thomas with Remy, I've always wanted to try France but I'm picky so you'll have to let me know how it is :) Enjoy making the countdown, can't wait to see how it looks!!

Thanks Lauren. MK is worth doing Commando. Seems this trip is going to be way commando then I want. We have so much to do and the trip is shorter. I might add a park day. Not sure yet since the passes are from October and it would be $280 to add a day. I have already broken budget with airfare and the extra day at SSR. So I don't think almost $300 more is in the budget. I hope Thomas gets to see Remy, no guarantees. We are picky eaters too, but we are gooing to deal with it to make the little monster happy . Going to make the calendar today hopefully :rolleyes1. Kaylee has dance after school and then needs to get to bed early for Tcap testing at school :headache:. I will never be too old for Teamboat springs either :goodvibes.

Ahhh poor Kaylee . It does seem that a lot of people get hurt in the wave pool, particularly in the shallow people a lot of people get scraped knees and feet. If you go out further you don't get scraped on the bottom but you always get stupid people banging in to you and landing on your head, they just seem to have no concern for hurting others. The water roller coaster was fun but hurts your bottom a bit . The shark thing is one of the things I most remember of my very first trip with my Dad. Its lots of fun but very, very cold and a little scary.

Yes she was in the shallow end and got tossed when the giant wave came in. I agree can't stand getting banged inot in the wave pool. I'm more of a lazy river type of girl. The water roller coaster might not be good for Kaylee's bony butt. I was kind of hoping it would trim off a few inches of mine . Shark reef sounds fun but not sure I will get Tom to do it if it's cold. He turns into a big baby if pools/ocean are too cold.

. The kids and I finally finished our Days to Disney countdown Calendar last night. Photobucket was giving me so many problems uploading this morning but I got it to work and have some pics to share.

My Disney planning binder , it's a mess with all the changes and back up plans I have made lately. Tom made me a cover with Saratoga Springs on it. I was actually considering spending our first night before the DVC points at another resort. I'll keep you posted if I switch, looking at AKL (which would be $60 more or CBR which would save $20 ) It might be hard for the kids to leave CBR though ;)

I still have to take pics of the new Crocs and Tshirts. Also I need to post my Itinerary plans when they are closer to final.

I love your countown! I sometimes wonder if Home Depot knows we all raid their samples for these sorts of things:rotfl2: You're kids are adorable! Love the Children's Place outfit!!!

Great countdown calendar and binder! :thumbsup2 I still haven't gotten mine going yet. I have to do it tonight if we are going to count down 30 days.

Thomas and Kaylee look very nice in their Easter outfits-looks like a beautiful day too. It's been overcast and cool here for 3 days. Where did the sunny, warm weather go???:confused3

Thanks for the plug and pic of Crazy Daisy. She doesn't look so crazy but she is awful cute. :lmao:

:welcome: to my pretrip report. I always wonder that too. The guy at the paint counter wasn't watching me stuff my bag with Mickey heads luckily :goodvibes. Thanks for the kind words about the kids. Yes we shop at Childrens place a lot lately.

Gorgeous pictures of the kids, and what a cute little doggie!!!

Awww, Thank you. Is your final schedule done yet?

Thank you :goodvibes. I hope you are able to get your calendar done tonight. I feel your pain though, things have been crazy busy. The next month will be even busier because Thomas starts T Ball today. So 2 more places to go every week. It's not sunny here today either. It's damp and cloudy. I'm so tired of rain :sad2:. Oh believe me Daisy is nuts :headache:. She is sweet though.

And I love your Mickey canisters. I have a Mickey Mouse sugar bowl and cup, I love it. I think I smile at (like a crazy lady) every time I walk into the kitchen:goodvibes I'm cracking up over here, I need a Disney Vacation!

Thanks. We need some Mickey in our life everyday :goodvibes since we can't live in Disney. For Mother's day last year the kids and Tom got me the Mickey canisters, salt & pepper shakers, fruit bowl, and napkin holder. Now I just need to find a paper towel holder. I'll have to try Ebay.

YOur countdown calender is so cute!! ANd yeah for the mickey canisters! I need some Mickey stuff in my kitchen!

Very cute calander! Love the cansisters. Kids look cute dressed up for Easter. I like the pics on ur binder. Daisy is cute, but looks like she has a crazy side LOL

Ah the Easter picture is so cute, they both look so smart. If you go to AKL you may have trouable dragging them away from there. With all the animals and the pool and the kids activities Sophie never wanted to leave.

Thanks, see I told you we were doing a calendar sort of like yours :goodvibes.
:lmao: Yes Daisy can jump across the room and probably about 5 feet into the air. She only weighs 7 lbs.

Thanks Ariel :). AKL sounds so good. Wish i would have been able to rent points there instead . I would love to stay there sometime. But I should be glad we are even going the way the economy is right now. Kaylee loves the activities at the resorts too .

I love the new pics. Your kids are a spitting image of their daddy! Countdown is cool too and your doggy is adorable. The binder....a girl after my own heart. I started doing those in 2007 and now have a cabinet full. I keep every little thing. I just made a new book full of the Disney menus from the WDW website and all of the resort maps that I've picked up everywhere. It's my planning journal. Love that thing!

Thanks Tammy. I agree they are looking like their dad a lot lately. I love making the binders, did last trip too It keeps everything half way organized. Without the binder I have lost my ADR's and reservation numbers so many times. I have tons of crap inside, if it weren't so messy I'd take a pic ;).

I love the Easter pictures Nichole! Your kids are SO cute!:goodvibes Glad you had such a nice day! I guess you will be busy right up until you leave for Disney!:thumbsup2 Will Kaylee be out of school when you leave?

Thanks Diane, Your boys are very cute as well :goodvibes. Yes I will be crazy busy until we leave. Thomas last day is Friday and that night he has graduation. We have to have everything ready Friday night as well since we will leave at 4 AM. Kaylee will be missing the last week of school. they might actually give me grief about it since she missed a whopping 2 Days already. All they do is go out to recess 3 times a day and have field day. Wow there I go venting again :).

The kids looked so cute on Easter!! You always dress them perfectly :goodvibes And Thomas's hair looks so cute gelled back!

The countdown and the binder came out great!! Your trip is so close, you all must be very excited :thumbsup2

Great Easter pictures! What cute outfits - I love the countdown calender and binder too!

Hey Nichole! I am back & caught up.

I cant believe how much time looking for a job takes...I no longer have free time! (did I tell you I was laid off 6 weeks ago?) Got the good news on my first day back to work after our February WDW trip! Can you believe that? Anyway, I promise I am about ready to get things going on my TR.

Sounds like you are about ready for your trip - not too long now.

Cathy

Hi Cathy,
I had no idea you were laid off, guess you didn't post it on your FB. Sorry to hear that. Looking for a job and having to send resumes is not fun :sad2:. Glad you are all caught up. Please let me know when you start your TR.
