In November we will be celebrating our 20th anniversary....YEAH! :cheer2:
Anyone have any ideas for a place to travel? Did Hawaii for our 15th...not big on cruises and have only traveled really to Disney...suggestions? Thanks.:goodvibes

We just celebrated our 20th anniversary as well. We went Monterey Bay and stayed on the ocean. For our 25th we want to visit Hawaii. Oh yeah we stopped at Disneyland for one day because we had never seen Christmas at any Disney park before and we were blown away. We had alot of fun. This was our first true time to be away from the kids. We were a little nervous about it because we were so far away but it was great. Do you have any ideas where you would like to go? What part of the country do you live?

KCmike-thanks for a response!! We are from the (north) east coast...we really are just stumped as to what to do. I have never been to California (only to LAX) my husband was stationed near San Diego years ago-said it was very nice. Some place warm is the idea though-LOL! Thanks I will look into it!!!!:goodvibes

DH and i honeymooned at wdw back in 1992, and are planning to go back to wdw next year for our 20th anniversary, unless DD ends up going on a big trip with the HS marching band (we would go too), then it'll have to wait until 2013.

We have done some pretty nice vacations. We did Italy for our 20th and Egypt for our 25th. Paris is also an amazing place to vacation.

Are you considering traveling outside of the US?

Even though he was stationed in San Diego.....The hotel Del Coronado was wondeful. Prices are high but you can get free nights stay deals to offset some of the cost. The beach there is perfect and you are literally feet away from it, there are several great eateries on the island, and the beach is perfect for long walks and romantic times. You should check it out. May famous people from all over the world have stayed there. It's a national landmark.

If you would consider going out of the country, why not try Jamaica? I haven't been there, but I know that my parents have several times and they really enjoy it. DH and I will probably go there for my 30th birthday (we have so many of our trips planned out, it's crazy! ha)

Or what about Italy or France? Both places would be SO romantic! :lovestruc

And early congrats on your 20th wedding anniversary!!!!! I can't wait to reach a milestone like that with my hubby :)

Why not come to Iceland. Relax in the Blue Lagoon, go pony riding in the Icelandic country side, go see some of our amazingly beautiful waterfalls...

We've been posted overseas for most of the "big" anniversaries, but we've been to London, Paris, Sydney, Singapore, Salzburg, Frankfurt, Bali, Madrid, and a Disney cruise.

Oh, I forgot - Rome. BTW, we've been married for 45 years this coming May.
