Celebrating 13yr Anniversary @ Disney...Taking Kids with us

Hello to Everyone,

My darling husband surprised me with a disney trip one week before our anniversary in October. We've decided to take our kids , daughter 10 and son 8, and we're not telling them until that morning(a surprise for them). This isn't our first trip there, but I would like to do something special to surprise my husband...something inexpensive, all of our money is going toward the trip. Any thoughts would be helpful?? I was also wondering if there are buttons that you can get that say it's our anniversary. I've seen "just married" ones and birthday ones. Thanks for your help.

Yes. There are anniversary buttons. When you check in to your resort they will usually ask if you are celebrating something special. If they don't ask, be sure to tell them.

A couple years ago, I had a gift basket delivered to our room for DH. It was a pirate theme with all kinds of different beer in it. It wasn't terribly expensive, but it wasn't cheap either. He loved it, but I definitely wouldn't do it every trip.

We are also going to celebrate our anniversary this fall--we had our honeymoon there, then went back to celebrate our 10th (took DDs who were 7 and 8 at the time). Now we're going back for our 15th and the girls can't wait. The best thing we did last time was the Chef's Table at V&As but it definitely wasn't cheap! Congrats and have fun.

We had a special trip to mexico for our 10th anniversary, so It's no big that the kids are coming. I like everyones ideas so far. I do have a bit of money saved and who knows by then maybe I'll have more put away. Thanks for the help. I hope everyone is having a great day.
