Celebrate with me! My DD is going to be....

in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade! In early August, she auditioned for a spot with a group called Camp Broadway. They auditioned hundreds and hundreds of kids in thirteen cities across the country this summer. She just found out that she made it. She'll be in the opening number in Herald Square - singing and dancing to an original composition by the Broadway composer, Andrew Lippa. She's soooooo excited. Isn't it the greatest feeling in the world when your kid achieves something that they've worked hard for?

Congrats!! My oldest DD was in the parade in her HS marching band 3 yrs ago. It was freezing!!! But they have a great time!
