Celebrate Sweet 16 in Grand Cayman...any ideas?

We are on the Fantasy in March and will be in Grand Cayman for my DD's 16th bday. We aren't doing any port excursions. We just want to relax and enjoy the area. We don't even need the beach. Any ideas for a fun restaurant for lunch or any other things to do while wandering around the area. We were there 2 years ago and did a fantastic snorkel adventure, but never saw the area due to time.

I dislike Cayman.....if u were to ask my opinion I'd say stay on the ship. But u didn't so I now return you to our r regularly scheduled disers........

7 Mile Beach is nice. Find a beach club that has a dj and hang out there. Perhaps have a dance or two on the beach.
