"Celebrate Mickey Mouse" at Chef Micky's

One of our favorite things about Chef Mickey's has been when they play the song 'Celebrate Mickey Mouse' and everyone swings their napkins over their heads (we refer to this as the 'throw your crumbs around' song). We haven't been there since 2003. Do they still do this?

As far as I know...they still do this. It is pretty fun!

Yes, they do it about every 20-30 minutes, I think closer to 30.

We ate at CM twice in late April/early May 2009.

When we had dinner, we got to twirl the napkins.

When we had breakfast, we did not.

Tha's my son favorite part. We went for dinner and they did that. I'm sad they don't do it for breakfast b/c our next trip will be breakfast

Every time we've been there for breakfast they've done that song a few times. So don't cancel your breakfast ADR's yet!

Thank you, Tricia1972...I'm glad...I wasn't too happy with the dinner meal but my son wants to go back CM for a meal so we wanted to try breakfast.

Glad to hear they are still doing it. One of our all time favorite WDW photos is from our first time there with the kids waving their napkins over their heads. DS was 9 and and DD was 4. The 'kids' are now 21 and 16 but were unanimous in Chef Mickey's as their first restaurant choice for this trip so they could throw their crumbs around.
