Celebrate birthday or not?

We are have breakfast at Cindy's on 28th, their birthday is on the 2nd (mine is on the 14th). We want to celebrate their birthday in the parks on this day, is that too late (or considered inappropriate)?

Disney is celebrating its 'birthday' for 18 months!

It isn't too late to celebrate. When you ask for your free Birthday Button at Guest Services (or City Hall in Magic Kingdom) they will tell you it doesn't have to be 'on the day'.
