Hi everyone,

I have read a load of trip reports and noticed that alot of people get lovely things done for them by disney when its their birthday / aniversary, how do you do this?

When we go back it will be exactly 2 years since we got married at disney and also a week later my DH birthday.

I would love to make our anniversay special and also his birthday how do I go about getting those special disney touches???

for the birthday be sure to get a birthday badge at guest relations:) and with the anniversary i think a lot of people wear the matching wedding mickey ears:confused3

also be sure to note the celebration an any ADR's you make

:)

You can get a wedding anniversary badge as well as birthday ones, just ask in city hall. You could also call and have a small copy of your wedding cake made.

If you decorate the room then Mousekeeping will notice, if you are staying onsite that is.

Thanks everyone,

Skyo how do you go about getting a samll wedding cake made I would love that it would be perfect!!!

If you are staying on site you can to call the bakery of your hotel, if not several restaurants both in the park and hotels can arrange this for you.
We used the GF bakery :407-824-2578 for our daughters christening cake at had it at 1900 park fair, and for her first birthday we are using CRT :407-824-7091.
When you call you always seem to get an answer phone, but they will call you back, you will need to send them a photo of your cake, and give them as much notice as you can, we are talking with them now for april, your only limit as to what you can do will be your budget.

Victoria & Alberts for the best romantic dining experiance in Orlando. Expensive but worth every penny

I let the hotel (CSR) know a week or so before we went to WDW that we would be celebrating my 40th and our 15th wedding anniversary. The first date came and went with no sign, but bang in between the two dates we came back from dinner to find two bunches of helium balloons (one happy birthday and one happy anniversary), a card to me from Princes Aurora and one to both of us from Mickey and Minnie. The biggest surprise was how absolutely delighted I was - I nearly cried

The bakery at boardwalk did a lovely cake for my son in May. Go a few days before to talk to them. He also got a card from his favourite disney character by telling the hotel.:yay: :cheer2:

Thanks everyone!

I am going to do the cake and make sure that the hotel are aware of everything.

Do you think its too early to do it now? (going in september?)

ive just made my dh read this thread:) its my birthday whilst we are there, should give him some ideas;)
