Has anyone used the electronic ticket system. Is is easy to use or is it a pain. Are there lines or should you just pay the extra shipping and get the tickets mailed.

It's a total breeze!!!!!! We used it this summer and had our tickets in less than 3 minutes. Really easy!

Just remember to have your credit card with you the one you used to pay for the tickets

You need your credit card that you bought the tickets with and I believe you confirmation number. You tickets pop right out with no problems. The lines were not long at all when we went (actually there were no lines) and it is self explanatory to use.

We used the system two weeks ago when we were there and it was simple. Our first night we went to CityWalk and picked up our tickets after US had closed since the Kiosk is near the ticket booths. If I can figure out the Kiosk, anyone can

Wow, used it last week. It is fantastic because we did not have to wait in line to buy tickets. We bought the tickets through the master card deal of buy 5 at the price of 4. I saved 89.00. Just make sure you bring your password that is given to you on line and the credit card that you used. Had tickets in about 2 or 3 minutes. Not even a line at the machine. Walked right up to enter the info.

When you get your tickets through the ce kiosk does that start the 5 day time that day? We will only need 4 tickets this trip, but I thought since I can get one free I could save it for our next trip. Is that possible?

CALaurieA - It is for 5 consecutive days, but not sure if you have to use it at time of printing out tickets. I would call Universal and see. Would be great if you could save it for later if you do not need 5 tickets now. Good luck!
