CD not crediting

I have a friend who has started to do CD. She just emailed me and let me know that nothing she is doing is crediting, any ideas I can give her? So far I have told her to clear cookies and use IE. She has told me she is doing those things. So I don't know what to tell her. ideas?

She should visit the crediting tips at CD. Most likely her settings are set up not accept 3rd party cookies and need to be changed so that it her system accepts the cookies requied for proper crediting.

Make sure she isn't doing too many per day from the same group either.

(eg: What She Has To Say survey - spread them out every other day or so...)

Also most remember your email and keep you in the system. If you don't have to put in your name and address, or it says "Welcome back xyz" you probably won't get credit.
