I agree, they can run it as a normal hotel and anything is icing. I just find it amusing that it's a "new" resort. Imagine the day when you can buy a "new" resort with a 5 year contract.

Yes. You get 10 fewer years for the same price as Riviera. ‍♂

No resale restrictions tho.
