There is some debate on if "declared" equals "bookable," or just what can be cited on deeds of sale, since deeds do attach to units.
That said, 24% of units were declared:
3 Dedicated Studios
4 Dedicated One Bedroom Villas
10 Lockoff Two Bedroom Villas
17 Dedicated Two Bedroom Villas
2 Grand Villas
12 Cabins
__
48 vacation homes
So, if declared equals bookable, there are a max of 14 bookable 1BR units right now. There is a total maximum of 56 1BRs; 20 are dedicated 1BRs and 36 are part of the lock-off 2BR units. So, right now, 1/5 of the dedicated 1BRs were declared, and 28% of the lock-off 2BRs. Meanwhile, a full 50% of the GVs were declared, and slightly less than 50% of the Cabins.
So, hard to say. Also depends how fast they sell the points, because by declaring so many cabins they do have a lot of units to attach deeds to for a while.
