CC membership infos for status match

AFter the April system update everyone's past cruises before April went away. Don't know if it was a glitch or they decided not to list them anymore. I am hoping it was a glitch that will be fixed eventually since my cruises from April forward are listed.

I matched Disney to MSC. It was prompt, but not always for everyone. Resubmit if it doesn’t get processed within a week. (Ours were done by the next morning). MSC is notoriously bad with shoreside customer service.

I also submitted the page accessed via the link listed by a previous poster. Just did a screenshot to Photos and uploaded it.

We talked with DCL representative recently while modifying a cruise. Their expectation/ hope is that information will show up again regarding Past Cruise history. He actually gave the dates of prior cruises while on the phone - but it didn’t list destinations nor cabin numbers.

update!!! Holy Moly!!!!! On Friday I sent MSC the screenshot from my DCL account. I Just checked my emails and BAMM !!! MSC sent me an emal welcoming me to their Voyager club and that I have GOLD status!!!!

So my first impression of MSC is " Exceptional service".. Wow that was fast and easy in the end.. Now just need to figure my mom's status out.
