cbr which village

Having read the caribbean beach resort is made up of 5 villages can anyone tell me in their opinion which is the best. And is there any chance of getting in contact to try and secure one of these rooms in a particular village.A couple of months ago there was a post saying the lady had wrote to do this but i cant find it anymore for details.

I always write to request certain areas or even, in the case of the HRH, a room number - they have always been granted (maybe just good luck!!). We had Martinque at CBR and it was very handy for both the pool and the food court.

If i can find a copy of the letter that i send i will PM it to you!

We stayed in jamaica and it was beautiful.Not right by the main buikding but a lovely 5 minute walk over a bridge.Very green and lush.I also wrote but also phoned 4 days before and they had noted our booking.Also ask for a corner room.You get 2 windows and it makes the room feel bigger.Jamaica seems to be a popular choice.I thought martinique was a preferred room but not 100 %.I posted some pics on here a few weeks ago of jamaica.I can put them on again if you want.

Hi there,

We stayed in "Aruba" which is the furthest village from the resort centre, Port Royale, the building was no 56 which was very handy for the buses. Each village are great in my opinion, although please be aware the main pool complex is being upgraded and will not be finished until late Sep 08.
