Asking for some help between the two resorts, just 2 adults going no kids, will spend more time at the resort than the parks.
Thanks so much :)

I would recommend doing POFQ or POR. It's always just my wife and I as we do not have children. We have stayed at POFQ and it was outstanding.. So much so we are staying there again in November 2013 for the Wine & Dine Half Marathon. POFQ had less children when we were there (June 2009) but was within walking distance along the canal to POR. You can also take the boat to downtown disney which is relaxing. The pool is nice at POFQ too.. You are more than a 10-15 minute bus ride to any of the parks. It is closer to Epcot so that's always a perk.

POFQ is smaller and easier to get around compared to the other two resorts. The paths are named after things in New Olreans. The hot tub is kind of secluded and located off the path that leads to the pool. The eatery isn't too bad. It doesn't have a TS eatery but you can always walk to POR or DTD if you want something somewhat quick. You can rent a bicycle and ride along the path to POR.

Also, CBR still has full size beds. The other mods (CSR, POFQ and POR) have queens. Of course, this may not be an issue if you're looking to book a room with one king bed.

We love CBR. The double beds don't bother us, but like pp you can book a room with a king bed. We love the Caribbean feel, music, landscaping, beaches with hammocks! The main pool area is awesome with 2 water slides & hot tubs, also each village has its own private pool area. The food court is good & really nice gift shop. We have never had any issues with bus transportation. The resort is large but that's why we like it b/c never feels like there is many other guest!

DH & I absolutely love POR - we just stated there twice this past April. Plan to stay there again in October for food & wine festival. The resort itself is so lush & has a huge relaxing atmosphere. We took the carriage ride through POFQ & found it too small & too closed in for our taste. Due to my health issues we chose to book preferred room in AB & loved it. Our room was close to a quiet pool & that was nice. We did enjoy the food court & the pool bar was great to relax at too. JMHO.

POR without a shadow of a doubt. It is a beautiful resort, fairly recently refurbished, beautiful buildings, good amenities, pool, food court. Just a nice place to be. Ask for a room in the mansions section, it is quiet and relaxed.

POFQ I have only seen from the outside. Seemed a lot more cramped and a lot more manic than POR.

CBR just seems a bit run down to me. Rooms and theming are good and the beach is a bonus, it just doesn't appeal to me though.

POFQ - we've been there with and without kids.

The other two are bigger resort thus more people. POFQ is the perfect size, we wish there were more smaller WDW resort options.

Have fun!
