Are the refillable mugs for purchase at the resorts good in the parks as well?

No they are only good at the resort that you purchased it at. It is good for the length of stay in which you purchased the mug.

Thank You. I thought they were only for resort but my neighbor said they were good everywhere. I didn't think that sounded possible.
