CBR referb schedule

We are planning a trip April 2018. CBR is our resort of choice, however, Im not wanting to eat in a tent. Is there a timeline of what is being done and when the various projects are to be completed?

Not even a season listed yet? I thought in some cases they'd say projected completion Spring '18 or Fall '17, etc....

Well the entire project is expected to be completed by Summer 2019. But OP asked about a timeline for the different portions of the project and that nobody outside WDW knows.
