CBR OR POP........(same price)

We have reservations at CBR for 12/17 thru 12/23 and was able to get the AP rate @ 79.00 per night. 3 kids so we have 2 rooms. We have stayed at POR and loved it but never CBR. Now I am reading all about the brand new POP and have mixed emotions about switching resorts. There are no more AP rates at POP so the price would be about the same. Would you change to the "brand new" VALUE resort or stay at the CBR with the AP rate. PLease help me decide, my husband is getting sick of trying to make up my mind! What would you do?????????

Let me get this right: you can stay at a moderate resort for the same price as a value resort. I don't think there is any question to even consider. Stay at CBR. Enjoy the (slightly) larger rooms, nicer grounds, extra amenities, etc. Like your tag line says: you know you're going to go back. Stay at Pop Century another time when it is cheaper than a moderate.

I agree w/XSTAnt! CBR is beautiful and the privacy curtain and free coffee are icing on the cake. We stayed at ASMu last visit down and missed CBR so much that we went over just to walk around OPR and have lunch. Save PC till later and go w/ CBR.

I chose to do the Pop. We don't have kids and it's just one of those fluke things that we will be there when Disney opens a new resort. So, yeah, we are going to the Pop. I really wanted POR before the Pop became available. Mickey
