Considering staying at CBR {or POP} for 4 nights prior to my July DVC stay at Boulder Ridge. Was wondering if construction would be done by then and if it is really necessary to pay close to the current $300 a night for preferred view. Any opinions on the resort itself and which building to request greatly appreciated.
