I tried searching but something was wrong with the search program. Does anyone have a picture of a king room at CBR? We are trying to decided to stay there or CSR. We have a 10mo and need the room for the pack and play. Suggestions for a good building or room area would be extra special. TIA

I don't have any pictures, but DH and I stayed in a CBR king room in August. It was quite nice--lots of extra space for your pack-n-play. We had a water view room in Jamaica. It was near the end of that area and was very quiet.

Have a great time on your trip!

King Bed rooms are scattered around the resort. You might want to take a look around the CBR FAQ thread, link listed below.

We stayed there this past September and had a King room. We love, love, loved it. As I've said in a couple of other posts...if my DH's heart wasn't set on staying at the WL this year, we would be at Caribbean Beach again. We had actually originally booked the WL for our trip last year, but ended up going with CBR to save money. I'll be honest and tell you that I was VERY apprehensive about making the change. I'm very picky about where I stay and was worried that we wouldn't like it. But, as I've already said, we loved it.
We were in the island of Trinidad North and were only about 4-5 minutes from Old Port Royale. The bus stop was also very close. We were on the corner of the 2nd floor of our building, which meant we had the extra window. Here's some pics from our room...Hopefully this is what you were looking for:

I think there would be plenty of room for a Pack N Play between the wall and the bed.

Our king room at CBR was very room and there was plenty of room for a pack and play =) We were in a corner room, first floor (waterview), I cant remember the building..I think it was the blue and yellow one.

Thank you so much for the pictures they are great I will try to request that building we are driving down and will only need OPR for breakfast. Do you remember your room number?

Trinidad North has several buildings that are preferred costly extra nightly.

Oh!! So there are King beds in the "Preferred" area? Isn't Trinidad North preferred or are only certain buildings preferred? We were in building # 31 and I didn't think #33 was much further. :goodvibes

I'm not sure about that, to be honest. When we went last year, I booked a King room. I had wondered the same thing, if the king rooms were in the preferred areas of the resort. So I posted that question here on the boards, and I believe the reply I got was that the king rooms are spread all around the resort, so you may or may not get a room in a preferred location. I think we were just lucky to be honest. If we ever go back to CBR, I definitely wouldn't count on getting a preferred location just by booking a king room. I think the only way to be sure that you are going to get a preferred location room is to pay extra and book that room type. Hope that makes sense!

Preferred locations
Martinique it will be buildings 24, 25, 26. In Trinidad North it will be 31,32,33. The additional charge will be $15 per night.

King bed rooms are all around the resort. The only way to be sure to get a king bed is to reserve that category.

Yay! Well, that's good to know that there's at least a chance next time. It's just that when we asked the CM checking into CBR (we booked preferred) she said that there's no King beds in the preferred area at all.

We were happy with our room but the double beds weren't comfortable for us two. We're not exactly petite. :rotfl:
