Just back from CBR. Stayed in Trinidad North, preferred rooms are definitely worth the money. Couple suggestions for anyone going: Bring clothespins. We had a retractable clothesline in the bathtub but no real good way to use. pins would have helped with swimsuits, etc. Also bring a clothespin for curtain, was woken up EARLY by light every morning. I finaly tucked the curtain into door lock. The room safe is behind the curtain separating sinks from the room, I looked all week and never found it!! Bell services told me at pick up. If you get to the resort before your room is ready, you can store stuff in lockers at main pool, costs $1 but beats going back to checkin or lugging around in the park. Make sure your kids go to the bathroom BEFORE you rent the sea racers!
We personallly loved the resort, very calm after hectic days in the park. Food court was okay, good sized portions. In the back corner of Calypso Trading Post is groceries and anything else you might have forgot. We didn't find this until the last day. Big bags of chips, etc for cheaper snack in the park! We would buy a big bag of Mickey pretzels and munch all day long! Cheap for $2.49!!
One question though, now that I am back home, how long before maid service comes to clean my house????
