CBR and busses....

hello!

I have 2 character breakfasts scheduled for 8am (different days of course)- however- when I made the reservations, WDW advised to be there almost 1 hour early....

Question is-- how long will it take to get from CBR to Chef Mickey's and Ohana (Lilo and Stitch) breakfasts?

Also- WHEN do the busses start running on WDW property?

Whew...that's really early. I honestly don't know what to tell you. Your best bet would be to check w/ the front desk. I know it is not a 'standard procedure,' but sometime they can 'arrange' transportation for you for cases like what you have described.

are these on days with EMH in the morning? I am not sure how early the buses start ??? but in order for you to get to the poly or contemporary from another resort you should catch the bus to the magic kingdom then take a boat or monorail to the poly. and the contemporary walk there from the magic kingdom or take the monorail. walking would take about ten fifteen min and the monorail depending on if the monorail was there when you got to the station??? I would say your best bet would be give your self an hour to get there or take a taxi those two mornings!!!

You'll be able to catch the character breakfast buses that run early (as early at 6:30am I've heard). They stop at each bus stop at CSR. Ask the driver if he/she can drop you directly at CM for Chef Mickey - they did so for us on one trip when the bus was not crowded. Otherwise, get off at MK and walk over to CM - about 5min. For the Poly, you can get off at MK and take the monorail around - that's a little bit longer. It's always hard to tell someone exactly when to leave their room for their ADR - if a bus just passed and you missed it, it could be another 20 minutes before one comes along. For CM I'd allow at least 30-45 minutes, and for Poly up to 1 hr (because the monorail has couple stops before Ohana). These are nice resorts so even if you get there early, you'll be able to walk around and enjoy the scenery. If you'd rather sleep in and not have to worry about the commute time, hire a taxi

I did CBR to O'Hana this past August for a 9:45 reservation. We left our room about 9, took the bus to MK, then the monorail to Poly. Got to Poly about 9:35.
