CBR A/C override?

Here now and loving it. Quick ? Is there a way to lower the a/c below 68? I used to know the double button push override but it was a different a/c. Is there a way with this one? We are melting

Call maintenance as there is something wrong with the A/C in your room. A coworker of mine just returned and had no issues getting their room ice cold.
