A few months ago, I booked a CBR 5th sleeper room for the 3 of us knowing 2 more may come. The 2 more decided to come, but I cant add them to the reservation, and my reservation shows it sleeps 4 and a child. Did I read it wrong when I booked it? I can change to the Swan, and I have read they allow a rollaway bed, but when I called them they said 4 people only to a room...TIA

Do you have one guest that is under 18 to make your 5 for the CBR 5th sleeper room?

Next for the Swan there are no Rollaway beds in a standard room. Only the Dolphin supports a rollaway since they are only double beds vs 2 Queens at the Swan.

OP: How old is the child listed on your reservation? I wonder if WDW has an age cut off for the twin since it is only about 63-64" long. I know that I hit my max height of 60" at 12 and would have found that uncomfortable. Maybe someone else knows if there is.

I did a mock CBR booking and it allowed 4 adults and 1 child. I even put the oldest child I could (17) and it showed availability so it can be done if you have at least 1 child. 5 adults show as exceeding max capacity. Can you call in and have them adjust it? That’s what I had to do to add a person. It’s wouldn’t let me modify it myself online
