CBBR upgrade advice

I have a standard poolside room booked at CBBR on 11/11-11/14, just myself and my girlfriend. Got an e-mail offer today to upgrade to a courtyard family suite (NOT a pool view) for $12 more per night. Our nightly average on our current room was $122/night.

I don't really need the extra space in the family suite, considering there's only two of us. Is that a fair upgrade offer, or am I better off just seeing if there's better deals on suites available once we're inside the 5-day cancellation window or even at the front desk at check-in?

The non poolside Courtyard family suites face the parking lot. That could be potentially noisy. I wouldn’t take the upgrade even for free. We love being on the lazy river side. The standard poolside rooms are in what I feel is a better location for the food court, lazy river , bus etc... maybe you could call and ask if there is an upgrade deal for either poolside. Either way, the standard rooms have plenty of room for two.

There is, but for $21 more per night. That's not worth it for me. Seems the sensible thing is to pass. Thanks.
