CB or Pop in Nov 2018??

We (DH, DD 2.5, and myself) are planning a trip for this November and I originally planned to stay at Pop, but now I’m thinking we haven’t stayed at CB in years! Can anyone provide info on the construction/updates? Do we know when it’s all scheduled to be completed? Which resort would you pick with a toddler?
