Caution with Promotion Ticket Purchase

We are planning to go to DW next January and I have been comparing the price of tickets using the 25th year promotion for dvc members and the current new pricing. The promotion was a better deal so I attempted to buy tickets online for the promotion for 7 days. What I didn't notice was that as you click on different number of days, the price did not change. Regardless of how many days I picked on the web site, it still gave the 5 day price. Not realizing the issue, I ordered the tickets which were only 5 day tickets, not the 7 days I expected. But I realized quickly soon after. I called Disney ticketing to extend the tickets and to pay the money for the 2 extra days. I had about a 20 minutes wait on the phone. Anyone else buying promotion tickets on line for more than 5 days, note that the web site has issues. They may have fixed it by now. I can only hope.

Seems to be working fine for me. Might have been your browser?

I've noticed exactly what you state. If you click on the description of the day it will change. If you click on the button it usually won't.

Don't know how many people are/were affected by this, but thanks for the heads up anyway. Always appreciate the nice gesture to help others!

Good to know I was going to buy a ticket for my MIL for our Aug. trip today.

I noticed the same thing, using Google Chrome, but switched to Explorer, and everything worked just fine.

So many website issues are browser related. Always a good idea to dump files, try again. Then try another browser.

Same thing happened to me. I almost bought them but was confused because I clicked on an 8 day ticket but it said 5 days. I restarted the process and was able to get it to the correct amount but nearly bought the 5 day option.
