I remember last Nov/Dec feeling like I had lost the 15lbs previous to our "delayed" cruise for nothing. I said to myself "man, if I knew this was going to happen I never would have lost the weight" which at the time I thought was a bad thing to have done.
But man am I glad I did! And Im glad I lost the other 15lbs before my 12wk countdown. I feel great and Im even more ready. No worries whether Im gonna loose the weight in time or not - now Im trying to keep it off, live healthier.
And now I feel like I have something to come home too also - keeping the weight off and feeling good!

Thanks WISH & DIS

That's great, Barb. Look how successful you have been. Getting healthy and staying that way is our goal and it looks like you have made it, sweetie.

Cruise or no cruise, you are looking good and feeling great!

I agree with Kath, whether you cruise or not, you look and feel great, so it is totally worth it all! :)
