Caught a shoplifter!

As many of you will know, I volunteer at the British Heart Foundation and that from time to time, we get some shoplifters

Well, today I caught one!

She was buying 99p books, leaving and then returning later. She would then take the sticker off of a £2.50 book and re-attach the 99p tag.

She is now barred.

How do you identify someone as barred? Is there anyway to keep her out?

Someone tried to steal from my yard sale once. That's not so wrong as stealing from a charity, but it makes you wonder WHY.
