Cats! WE have 5, but when they are gone I am done. DD is allergic and the last two kitties have problems. AFter many years of cat ownership--it is time to wind down.


Dogs are like grandchildren--I think they are cute and cuddly. I like to visit them and play with them. And then when I am done--back to their parents they go.

Cats are evil, selfish animals. They don't love you more. They just ACT grateful because they haven't figured out how to feed themsleves and clean out their own litter box. Yet.

I am all for DOGS!!!! There is nothing like the loyalty of a dog. Your dog, no matter what you have done that day, will always think you the most amazing wonderful human being on the planet. Sure- it's because he doesn't know better, but that's ok by me. Ignorance IS bliss!

I love the free spirit attitudes of cats and the way that they're all so completely different. Dogs are sweet too but I just feel like I can relate to cats a bit more.

Definitely a cat person!! Which explains the "Snickers" in my tag. She's my calico and been with me through thick and thin for 12 years. I swear we can read each other's minds by now. My dog and I don't "connect" at all. LOl I'm looking for a new home for her. I didn't realize how much of a "cat person" I'd become until I bought a dog. Now I know!

There is no way we could have 6 dogs (like the cats we have). It would be chaos. Not that it isn't already chaos, it would just be worse, LOL.

OH- dogs are DEFINITELY more work than cats, without question. And I have an evil cat- who much prefers my cat-lovin' dh!! (But I still love the mean ol' thing. I just love my dog furbaby more- I think it's ok to have favorite furbabies, just not kids, right? ?)

ETA- Plus, when I talk to my cat as if she were human (as I'm inclined to do) she ignores me. When I talk to my dog as if she were human, she at least looks like she's REALLY trying hard to understand what I'm saying!!!
