With selecting orange and sweet, I knew it was going to be:


Headed out with my Neice in a bit to do some shopping in the neighboring towns and thankfully get our brows done.

This afternoon I'm going to dial in and do some work... a storm is brewing with a couple different issues boiling up and converging, so I want to get a couple things farther along than where they are to tell the story I feel needs to be told. Other than that, it'll be housekeeping which as always really needs to be addressed.

I got the Turkey - DH and I got off of our cruise today in Long Beach. We rented a car and drove down the coast to the San Diego area. Such a pretty drive - we then drove the highway back (unfortunately took just as long due to multiple wrecks).

It was a fun drive, but we were both pretty wiped after the cruise, so maybe should have chosen something different, but glad we've done it. We did the drive from San Francisco to LA a few years back with our kids and really enjoyed that too! Now, we need to go north from San Francisco and check that out too! We love scenic drives!

Flying home tomorrow and back to work on Monday. Ready to get back into the routine!
