Catamaran Racing- Has anyone done this???

Was wondering if anyone out there has done the catamaran racing in Key West?

I'd love any and all comments. Also was wondering how much 'work' your expected to do and even though the excursion says its open to 6 and older how is it for kids. My DD is 10 and is definitely a girly girl but loves adventure and a challenge.

Also was wondering if anyone knew what company ran it?
