Does anyone have any cat pictures or stories they would like to share?I have one cat named oliver he always knocks his water bowl down the steps HA Ha he is a whie and gray cat he weighs 22 pounds dis sjw

Right now I am watching my cat watch my hamster..... the same hamster he managed to sneak into a room he isn't allowed into to knock over!!!!

My (dead) cat Zeta Kournakova wouldn't drink out of a water bowl. She had to have a fresh glass of ice water. At night I would keep water next to my bed and in the middle of the night she would take her paw and flick water at me until I would wake up and then want to be pet...but only for about 5 seconds. She would then get annoyed and walk away. She was also in love with my daughters fish. The fish would swim to the top of the water and the cat would put her paw in and rest it on the water while the fish swam around....it's like Zeta was petting that thing.

Also, my sisters cat, Kitty, loooooooved water. She lived with me for a while and I didn't realize how much she liked water until after a few baths I realized that I couldn't leave the door open because she would jump in the tub and lay in the water with me. Imagine the "fun" one day the dog and cat BOTH came in and decided to jump in the bath with me. Ugh! I got out and they splashed around for a while.

I have 3 cats (see siggy) Belle likes to play fetch and she brings the bal back to me....Sunny cries when the little box is to dirty (to his liking) and Meatball A.K.A. Alexis tolerates a lot from them.....

I have 2 cats. They are brother and sister and 11 years old. I love them so much and they each have their own personality! They know when DH comes home from work that it is time for a treat so even if they are both sleeping they will run into the kitchen and wait on the little mat in front of the sink for their treat, either catnip or a treat they can eat. So cute!

Here's 2 pictures. Gabriel is the grey one and Dottie is the white and black one :cloud9:

Your kitties are beautiful....

I have two Siamese, Toby is a Lynx and Ashley is a Snowshoe. I got them both as a bonded pair almost a year ago from the Siamese Rescue Society.

It was not too easy to get them to pose.

Our cat, Luna, is insane for baskets. No basket, empty or not, is safe from her sitting in it. She was a little "stir crazy" today, running like a fiend through the house; she jumped up into her favorite basket, which was placed hanging over the edge of the window sill, and she, basket, and oranges next to the basket went all in a pile all over the floor. It was pretty hilarious, I wish I had had the videocamera. Here's Luna in her FAVORITE basket:

And here she is in her second favorite, which has moved down due to the fact that she can barely squeeze her hiney into it now:

I have 4 cats plus one angel cat who died in July 2008.

The angel cat was Ebony and she was an amazing cat. She went outdoors everyday and the neighbors used to say she looked like she knew where she was going. She looked both ways before she crossed the street and just seemed to make everyone feel good. When DS was born, she was 5 years old. She seemed to go into mourning, wanted nothing to do with him and disappeared into the woods for almost a month. One day she reappeared out of nowhere and wanted to be beside DS all the time. I think she went away to get used to the idea that she now had another person that she owned.

Oldest living cat is Onyx who is 10. She is very loving, but not very social with the other cats. Her claim to fame is that she can produce the biggest, nastiest hairball known to mankind, LOL. She has NEVER had to go to the vet except for rabies vaccinations.

Next eldest is Pharaoh, who is 5 years old now. He is our Bengal boy and weighs 20 lbs, pure muscle. He sleeps with DS and loves to show his belly. He has the most personality of all the cats. He also loves all the other cats and especially enjoys the kittens.

Then there are the kittens, who are 1 1/2 years old(I guess they aren't kittens anymore) They are littermates and are 1/2 Siamese and 1/2 tabby, but one looks Siamese and one looks tabby.

This is Blythe and she is an itty bitty. She weighs 8 lbs soaking wet. Despite that, she is the most greedy cat when it comes to food! She had to have almost all her teeth removed due to a bacterial infection, but still manages to sneak chicken bones and eat them somehow! Typical Siamese, she has an attitude too!

100_4301-1.jpg
hard to get a picture of her, because she gets red eye

Last is Antonio. He is a snuggle bug and gets in weird positions all the time. He weighs 16 lbs and his is pure FAT! He enjoys copying Pharaoh and wants to be just like him when he grows up.

So that's my crew. I am NOT the crazy cat lady, but sometimes I think I AM crazy to have four cats.

Marsha

I think I might be the crazy cat lady! :)

I have 5 cats.

Babe is the oldest...she's solid gray and about 7-9 pounds max. She's 12 1/2 and our talker and most friendly to strangers.

Booey is next. He's also 12 1/2, but not Babe's littermate. He's an 11 lb. male orange tabby. I call him my boyfriend. He sleeps on my pillow and is the "man" of the house! :)

Next is Tarzan, the middle child. He's a 6 year old, male, gray tabby who us about 14 lbs. He's skittish with strangers, but completely loyal with family. He also tends to be the one who is genuinely sweet and caring to new animals in the house whether they are just visiting or here for the longhaul.

The last two are brother, part of a litter of 5 we bottlefed from 4 days old. Both are orange and white, 3 1/2 years old and completely overweight (I swear, they don't eat more than the rest!) at 17 lbs. Yogi we call our lover bunny because he's the best ever. No fighting, litterbox, vomiting, or other issues with him. He just wants and needs love. And, he gets it! He spends most of his time on his back waiting for a tummy rub. His brother is Bubby and he's a chubby, tub and so sweet. He tries hard to be in charge in the house, but spends most of his time following us around like a puppy! :)

This is the brothers at age 1:

This is the oldest male Booey being his good, patient self when the babies were little:

Disclaimer: we're not crazy cat people but we seem to attract homeless kitties and kitties who will soon be homeless if they don't find a home. We also are a hour of 4 adults (me, mom, grandma and grandpa) and live on a huge property...

Our kitties:

Mushi, 5. She's a brat, she's picky about her food, she won't drink dirty water but she knows how to play the cute card. Look at her hands: one gray, one orange, her feet are like that too!

2823545608_e34b0fb8da.jpg

Sissy, 5. Mushi's sister. She's a coward, although that's not why she's called Sissy... we adopted these girls and her mom's owners called her Sister #2, so she's Sissy. She gets chased by the next cat a lot potentially being the reason why she had to have a $1300 surgery earlier this year. Below is her surgery scar, now all healed up :)

Flare, 6. I call her Evil because she is. She chases the above cats as she's playing but they hate it and she deliberately chases Sissy out of jealously. It's crazy how smart she is though, she studies things, seriously.

4230704838_2399eb4180.jpg

Midden, full name Midden Kidden Kitty, 10. This is MY kitty. He's the king of the kingdom around here but mainly, he just sleeps and eat and sleeps and eats and sleeps some more :)

4230706546_4148066694.jpg

Cali, 14. My little old lady. Her mom was a stray who gave birth under our house and after looking for her mom's (Missy) owner with no luck, we inherited her 5 kittens. We managed to give one away, the 2 other boys ran away and we kept Cali and her sister Pinecone (who passed in 2002). Cali is the only known survivor and Missy moved out with a family who later adopted her.

4230706854_72090c8310.jpg

Garden Kitty, I call him G. His age is unknown but he's visually getting older, we're guessing 16. He was a stray who ended up living in our garden which is in the back of our big lot, hence the name. A couple of years ago he just got closer and closer to the house.

4230700250_2c5674facf.jpg

Simba, I call him Cookie Monster, 10. He was adopted with his brother Jake when my uncle lived with us temporarily, when my uncle moved out Simba didn't want to leave me so he stayed and Jake moved with my uncle.

4230700264_f91ff5b55d_o.jpg

Baby, unknown age but I'd guess around 10. She used to belong to our neighbors but they left her when they left in 2000 so we kept her. She's like Evil... she's just less evil.

4230706812_2c5cb0df3e.jpg

Mr. Kitty, age unknown but I know he's young. He's our neighbor's cat but he sleeps in our yard a lot and eat our food... he's soooo cute.

i have 3 cats! two girls(one gray one, one white one) and one boy(black).

i have recent pix of them in their Halloween costumes lol!!

Sammy(we call her "chubs" tho...she's 15 pounds lol):

Meg:

100_6978.jpg

and Dean:

P1040554.jpg

Dean reminds me of a child stuck in a cat's body. he gets into EVERYTHING and constantly knocks things over. and if you're not paying attention to him he'll get angry and he'll start getting into anything he can just so you give him some attention. he also could care less about any of the cat toys, instead he likes to play with his food lol. and he likes to climb my DH and sometimes he'll even put his back paws on my husband's shoulders, put his front paws around his neck, and fall asleep lol. and he's VERY vocal. if he's awake, he's meowing away at something.

Sammy is pretty mellow. she's still afraid around too many people, she's ok with about 3 people being in the room at once but once there's more than 3 she runs upstairs.

Meg is the newest one and she's very shy. she does play with the other two but she still doesn't really come up to me or DH very often, we have to go to her. aside from her being the only one who climbs the Christmas tree , she's actually a good cat lol

lol i love that one in the tub!!

I have lots of cats... I'll try to name them all. (I may be the crazy cat lady!!) None of them were originally mine, but all came as strays...

Pud-short for Puddy Cat--showed up and we kept him to keep the mice away from the storage building. He's outside and has been with us for atleast 3-4 years. He's yellow and white and has an attitude. I got a tick off of him last week and he got mad, backed up and looked at me, hollered at me, and slapped me on the leg. Then he left!

Bertha--showed up about 2 years ago. A little kitty that was starving so I started feeding her. She was soooo mean to Pud and just a hateful kitty. Then, I realized Bertha wasn't just getting fatter from eating so much, she was pregnant!! Bertha had five babies 1 1/2 years ago, we still have them all inside... in birth order, they are.....

Alfie--she's small and tri-colored with a pink nose. She's the talker, especially if you are going to the bathroom. She loves the bathroom and I usually turn on the sink water for her drink while I'm getting ready in there. She's my DS19's baby.

Squirt Blossom--DD18's baby was next. She's also tricolored but with a black nose. Her hair is much more coarse than Alfie. She loves DD!!! That's her favorite person. DD18 now has a 5 month old DS and she thinks she's his mama. If DD is holding DGS, Squirt has to be in her lap too! When DGS cries, she has a fit until you take care of him!

Bro--Yellow and white, he's the scaredy cat! He is terrified of everything and loves a blanket to get under. We usually have several for him to be under at all times. DH says he's going to be his lap cat one day. He has beautiful eyes and markings.

Prozac--Almost solid white but with a small amount of yellow on his back and a yellow tail. His hair is really long, unlike the others. He got his name because he is so laid back and makes you want to be calm like Prozac would. He was the ugliest kitty of the litter and is now the biggest and most beautiful.

Baby Girl--Bertha was so tired that when she had this one, she couldn't clean her up so I did. She's been my baby since then, even though she doesn't want to be held until it's time to sleep right next to me or on my extra pillow.

RaeRae--DH found her at work when she was about 3 weeks old. She loved people, but was terrified of the people swatting at her that worked with DH. They finally quite that cause they knew DH was trying to get her to bring home and they are scared of him. :rotfl2: She's about 8 months old now and is a mess!! She's grey, with a little white and light yellow and is a lot of fun! She keeps the other five that are listed above and stay inside hopping all the time!! There is no rest with her around.

Mama Kitty--a little black kitty that showed up and talked to me so she could get food. She wanted to be held and loved and fed, then just like Bertha, she got fatter and not just from food. She had three babies that live on my deck about 9 months ago. They are....

Ralfie--named by DS19 (what a suprise!!)--she is black white and yellow just like Alfie and Squirt but with the best fur. She's small and wants to be loved and held.

Mooey--black and white cow print fur that is super long unlike any other cat around!! She is beautiful but won't let us touch her. Oh, and she's slightly cross-eyed.

Bashful--lookes just like Mama Kitty and is terrified of people but will finally go to the food bowl after you back away a bit.

There are several strays but they don't have names since we only see them out the windows.

We have two

Picture012.jpg

This is Calypso (we call her Caly). She is 2 years old and very loveable. Her favorite favorite thing to play with is the plastic rings you get on bottles of milk. She runs around the house with them in her mouth while meowing. She throws them in the air and catches them. She is so funny to watch while playing with one

Picture013.jpg

This is Cleopatra (Cleo for short) and I am still not convinced that she is a cat. She loves to play fetch, yes fetch and wakes me every morning by licking my face. Her latest love though is to paw at the covers in the morning until you let her get under them, then she goes all the way to your feet and curls up falling sound asleep.

my sister's princess - Nice to know im not the only one with cats and hammys. My hammys 3 years old now and spoiled rotten. I guess im the hammy expert cause my aunt wants me to train hers.
Disneylover79- Its nice to know others cats play fetch

So on to my clan:

MOE (maruice louis boscorelli cat)- His claim to fame is he plays fetch. He also YOWLS when he upchucks (such a nice warning). Hes also my trouble maker. He gets into EVERYTHING and loves drinking out of the sink. Bosco sleeps on a body pillow at the head of the bed.
5.jpg

Boo- Her claim to fame is she didnt meow till she was 3. She still wont "speak" to anyone but me. Shes also MY cat. Its impossible for her to like anyone but me. Shes finally warmed up to nana. This is also the cat that loves going to nanas for vacation. MUST sleep on my extra bed pillow with a blanket on the pillow.
100_1211.jpg

Holly- My christmas disaster. This cat was orginally my moms but wasnt doing well with my aunts mean kids. Shes very sasy and LOUD. She talks alot and is usally getting in some sort of trouble. Shes also very instrested in Moeman. She wont sleep on the bed.
100_1212.jpg

Moeman- also know as moeeeeee. This is my 3 year old hamster. Hes handtamed and a pocket rider
ham.jpg

Angel- The hammy my aunts kids wanted so bad. There having issues with getting him to be a hand hamster so hes comming to visit me for a 3 month training sesion.
100_1618.jpg

Bosco tolrates kids, bandit hides and holly purrs (and lets them flip her like a sasauge).

Funny holly story:
My freind brings her kids over alot while we hang out. The kids love lounging around my house and playing with my toys. Well the 4 year old tells me she has to go potty. I tell her to go and turn the light on for her. She sits down and is about to do her binuness when BAMMM! Holly jumps out of the tub, accrossed her lap and onto the sink. Ive never heard a kid scream so loud or move so fast.

Pics to come!

My cats Itchy & Scratchy are brothers and total opposites. Itchy gets into all sorts of trouble. When he wants food (which is all day every day) he pushes his bowl over to the cat food cabinet clear across the kitchen. He also gets into cabinets and can open doors, so sometimes we will be sitting around and he will randomly pop out of the lazy susan or a cabinet. We have to wash everything before we use it. :lmao:
