I read on the castawayclub.*** that there are 4 former Cat-6 staterooms (slight obstruction but open verandah) that are now classed as Cat-7 staterooms.
Since there are only 4 Cat-7 staterooms with open verandah, my chances of getting 1/4 are probably slight to none but I'm planning a 2007 cruise so there is still hope. Anyway, here is my question. These former Cat-6 rooms, will it accommodate 4 people?
I presume these former Cat-6 rooms will sleep 4 people. Am I wrong???
If 4 is a go, how do I reserve these rooms through Disney? When I enter 4 occupants, I don't even see Cat-7 as an option :sad2:

Actually two of these, 7120 and 7620 were originally category 5 rooms. 6134 and 6634 were originally category 6. In any case, not all cat. 5 & 6 rooms sleep 4 and I believe that none of these do. I've actually stayed in both of the rooms on deck 7 but I can't recall if they had the extra bunk folding out of the wall. I think I've read that these re-classified rooms only sleep 3.

To be sure, you can call the cruise line and ask about these rooms by number. I don't think the system will let them make a reservation for 4 in a room with only 3 berths.

My in laws stayed in 6634 on our last cruise, and the room only sleeps 3.
There is no fold down bunk in these rooms.
