I forgot to ask this.. but, say you work a morning shift.. and you get off around 3/4 or so.. can you then use the CastMember ID to go to another park freely? I know they don't let you if you took the day off (ie, call in/sick/etc) -- however, on days off you can go in and out of the parks freely.. but say you worked that morning shift, can you go to the parks after work?

Just curious!

Yes, unless the park is closed due to capacity (Usually only happens during the week between Christmas and New Years, and possibly July 4). Only restrictions are that you must change out of your costume, and even off the clock, you still represent the company, so you can't get TOO wild ;)

(also, if you have a shift later in the day, you can go into the parks before your shift if you want, just be sure you're on time to work. There are changing rooms backstage)

Oh yes, that is definately a very nice perk of working for the mouse! :)

You can actualy go to the theme parks whenever there there is not a blackout day (Christmas, 4th of july...). You can also call in personal and still get into the park without anything happening. If you do go on a "sick" day you will still be able to enter all day..but.. the next day you go to work you better be ready to pack your bags! Also a mistake I made was that you can not get in for Extra magic hours. I was not to happy when i showed up at DAK and had to turn around! And if you work at a park and you want to visit it before/after work.. you just change your clothes and have fun... no need to exit the park then come back in.

The only way to stay the EMH is to stay at one of the resorts.. so yes you can buy them...but you have to rent a room.. a little expensive to stay in the parks for 2 hours lol. But during the program you have plenty of times to play in the parks.
