Our Last Day, MK Style
I promised my favorite Photo Pass photo would be shared and it really belongs in the previous post, but I suppose I will just share it here!

I love it so much because it gives the illusion that we are set apart from everyone else at the parks that day. I love the trolley zooming by and it just seemed to capture the joy of the morning! It has been blown up to an 11 x14 and is now hanging on our wall.
Well back to the day. Our last day.

After Elsa pulled out the sword we rode it's a small world, Haunted Mansion and then we were off to Splash Mountain. We didn't get terribly wet (which makes my head happy!!!) but we were ready for a break. We decided to stake our claim to good spots for the afternoon parade. I think the longer I wait for the parade the more I enjoy it!
We enjoyed the parade and the chance to sit and rest for a bit!
We went straight over to the Riverboat, as Meema and Peepa have never ridden on this before. They were excited. It is so majestic, but has only been a background beauty for them in the past. We boarded the boat and I think it only took a few minutes for the excitement to fade when it became obvious its on a track.

Maybe I was just tired or maybe it was the fact that I already rode it, but it didn't hold the "

" it did the first time I rode it. It did give us a chance to relax, so that is good!
We quickly disembarked when we got to the dock and went on over to The Hall of Presidents. Meema and Peepa have not seen this since they did the most recent refurb.
We had to wait a little bit until the next show, but passed the time wandering around the lobby. It never ceases to amaze me the knowledge that my dad is able to retain. He had something to say regarding just about everything and I don't know how all the information doesn't just slip from his noggin! Before long we were sitting for the show. I enjoyed it, as usual.
Off to Adventureland for a ride on The Pirates of the Carribean, one of my all-time favorites!
Somehow Peepa talked us into waiting for and experiencing the Enchanted Tiki Room, newly returned to it's previous "glory". Ugh. The kids and I disliked it as much as we disliked the Under New Management version. Meema and Peepa didn't say much about their like or dislike for it. How could they? They forced us to sit through it! Ha! A quick trip on The Jungle Cruise (cheese-arama) and we were ready for dinner at Pecos Bills!
After dinner Peepa was starting to feel poorly and I was joining him. I was hoping I was just super tired from the week long go-go-go and not sick. We decided to ride the train around the park while Meema, Elsa and Michael headed back over to Tomorrowland to ride the elusive Space Mountain!
They had their fun and we had ours. That was the first time Peepa rode the train. The plan was to get off at the Train Station and secure good seats for the Main Street Electrical Parade. The park was closing at 9 and we knew we only had a little time left to enjoy so we wanted to really get good seats for the parade! Meema was also dying to experience the Kiss Goodnight like the kids and I had on our last trip, so we were hoping Peepa would be feeling well enough to stick it out.
Before we even made it to the Train Station my stomach started cramping up and I felt miserable.

So once the train came to a stop I hurried off in search of a bathroom and gave Peepa instructions to find us good seats for the parade. Thankfully it ended up working out with us all meeting back up to find Peepa had gotten us really good "seats" for the parade!
