How do they pick the family for Cindy's Castle Suite? I know you have to be there and stay there that night - how do they get your name?

Being picked is a completely random event. The Dream Team have little computer type things and phones and are told to be at a certain place at a certain time and then told to pick someone based on where they sit, where they are in line, etc.

My neighbors won it in early June. One of their kids was in a certain seat on a certain honeypot on the Pooh ride at a certain time. The rules were very specific.
