Castle Scrim

When is the scrim going up over the castle? We're going to be there from 2/15-2/22 and was wondering if we would be seeing scaffolding or scrim.

Nobody knows. There’s been so much rain that their timeline is all thrown off for the castle, from what I’ve heard.

There seemed to be a little bit of the scrim already in place last Sunday. Not really easy to see in this pic, but perhaps a bit of it (unless you're talking about something else) on the "first floor" pretty much in the center behind the scaffold.

It's been up... and then it was down just a few days later. I'm assuming it will go up again shortly. As @Skyegirl1999 has pointed out, the raining is likely making it take longer, and could be the reason the scrim was up and back down in a few days' time. I'd expect that you will likely see scrim when you are there (I'm surprised they took the scrim down, really).

I’m not surprised it came down. We had very strong winds on Saturday. They’ve been known to take down scrim before when the winds are above a certain speed.
