there are some walls up too. Small sections at French Market, by the Astro Orbitor and of course Storybook land canals and Casey jr. are all walled up.
The first two don't look too bad. But IMO the giant wall across the back of Fantasyland is ugly. But hey they have to work on stuff sometime
Oh ya enchanted cottage is walled up over by PFF, I guess it's getting a new building
I know! I understand we took our chances booking "off season" but with the steam trains and Casey jr and Gadget's Coaster down, my DS4 will have to miss some things he would really love. He loves trains and now there are none in DL for him to go on.The castle will lose a lot of the magic with no water in the moat as well. Oh well - the joys of off season I guess.
I didn't get a chance to see the moat, but we ate at French Market today and there were no walls. There WERE some walls by the Astro Orbitor at Tomorrowland, but they weren't big. Also, the trains were going when we were there. We almost took one to New Orleans Square, but decided to walk to the Haunted Mansion instead.
No, they're still doing a lot of electrical work on the new equipment for WoC. I had the chance to talk to an Imagineer last Monday and she said the target for refilling the bay is "Fall". Which, and these were her words, technically gave them until mid-December to have it filled. So I don't think we'll be seeing water back in there until late November, at the earliest.

the wall is at the main entrance by CO it directs you to a side entrance about 10' away. Not a big distraction but it's there, atleast still there last night lol
I don't think they PPs were saying the trains are down now, but showed up on the refurb calendar for future dates.
