At What time do they turn on the lights on the castle on Christmas party nights?

It's later.

Last year it was at 6:15PM -and- 8:00PM.

What about on NON party nights? Is it just at 6:15 or do they do the show at 8:00 as well? Thanks

According to wdwent.com, Frozen Holiday Wish is performed nightly at 6:30p. There is not a 2nd showing on a regular park day.

This was our experience and I'm pretty sure it happened at 6:3O on the party night, too

It does.
But, it only happens again at 8:15 on party nights.

It is possible that after the last MVMCP of the year they will do a second Frozen Castle lighting nightly until late December (or longer.)
