Only 60 people made it throgh the line in the past hour

I was in the room and during the game she frozen nothing was happening. Then after about five minutes she finally left the room guess DC. When she came back she gave all the people who waited a host pin by us going out the teleporter. To clear the room as fast as she could to get the line moving again. That was so nice for us and for all the people still waiting in line.

I've gotten into this game 3 times and I have still never actually played it! Each time I get in she is closing the room and we all have to go through the teleporter! I want to play the game! With this lag, this might have been a game I actually could play lol.

I got in line a few minutes after the game started, waited 3 hours and was 6 inline to play when they closed.

Why do they let people in line that have no hope of playing, is it simply to waste our time and get us all upset?
