Castle Breakfast Question

Can someone eat at the castle without a park admission? My friend is joining my son and I on this trip but spending a lot of time at the resort hotel and not at the parks. However, she would like to go to Cindy's breakfast with us if we get PS. Can she just go to the breakfast and then leave the park?



I can't imagine how they would make sure she left the park or not?

Thank you, I thought that might be the case. It makes sense. Just too bad for my friend; maybe she'll decide to go to MK that day anyway! How could she not?
