Hi Everyone.

I am getting married in June, 2011. I absolutely love the "Castle in the Clouds" cake topper, but it's made of white cholocate. It's not something that can be taken home and displayed.

Has anyone found a suitable substitution?

I bought one from Wrap with Us, but I was unhappy with the look of it, so I returned it.

I would love to hear what brides have done who want a castle, but still want to display it.

Thanks for your help.

The castle is white chocolate, and does not require refrigeration. As long as it is kept cool (under 82 degrees),and out of sunlight, it will last for quite some time. Some brides have frozen theirs, but freezing white chocolate makes it crack apart, and the condensation from thawing produces a runny mess. Some brides report having their castle on a shelf for over 10 years.
