Geocaching is a treasure hunt, of sorts. People place hidden caches (often with some small trinkets for trading out, but always with a log sheet) and then post the GPS coordinates for where it is on various geocaching websites. Then someone else finds the cache, logs in that they found it, and reports it back on their website that they found it.

Ingredients

3 oz. Light Rum (Suggestion - Malibu or Parrot Bay)
3 oz. Dark Rum (Suggestion - Cruzan Black Strap)
4 oz. Orange Juice
8 oz. Cream of Coconut (Suggestion - Coco Casa)
6 oz. Passion Fruit Juice Concentrate (Suggestion - Welches)
3 oz. Ice

Mix in blender until slushy.

Makes enough to fill a Disney Cruise Line drink glass... and then some!

We just came back from a Western Caribbean cruise on the Fantasy. We did snorkel on Castaway, but the water was kind of murky and cloudy. We didn't go too far out, but I heard it was cloudy out there as well. If a front goes through, you may experience cloudy water also. Water temperature this past Friday was a little on the chilly side for me. I am a native Floridian and like my water temperature to be no less than 80 degrees.

If you're an early riser and/or runner (or walker) you can get off the boat at 8:00AM with the Castaway 5K group and get a free souvenir for completing the 5K on the island. I did it just to get the award as a keepsake and it's FREE! You could do a family walk as well, as long as you finish. I ran it on Friday morning and had a great time. Cool award as well with a lanyard.

Well, I just found that by using Google. I know there's a thread here somewhere that someone posted the various medals that DCL has given (some of the more recent runs are official 5K runs and have fancier medals), but I couldn't find it.

Here's the Castaway 5K Award from last week. No year on the award, only on the lanyard. Didn't get a pin either, but did see some 5K related merchandise at the stores on Castaway. This is a participant award.. not a winner award which I think is what is posted above.
