A few weeks ago it was still the small Castaway Club tote bag with 2 mesh bags, 2 plastic lidded cups w/straws, a small rubber boat (like bath toy), a small notebook and I think a pen. Sorry I don't have a picture to post.

Its the exact same thing we got in August 2006 except it includes that small plastic toy and two little flags. No sunscreen this time.

I honestly don't know the point of the little flags...its not something adults use and my kids don't play with flags

We just did back to back 3 & 4 day. We have bags galore now from Castaway Cay club and DVC. I think the flags are something to stick in the sand by your beach chair.

if it's still the gift from last august i'll just use it on the cruise i usually don't bring a purse/bag on vacation so end up buying one to use or didn't need to last year since it was free

I just thought of what the flags are for.....you wave them in the air on the beach at Castaway Cay to flag down the bar staff.

How lucky you did back-to-back cruises.....I would have loved an entire week of listening to Christiaan's sexy voice over the loudspeaker (boo-yeah).

Did DCL make you get off the ship between your cruises? We're doing back-to-back Wonders next August. Gosh, I hope there is a new CC gift then.

I've always wondered if they make you get off the ship when you do back to back cruises.


Does anyone have a picture of the gift? We use our CC beach towel all the time. I love anything with a DCL logo on it because it makes me remember our absolutely wonderful cruises.

Oh! I'm going to make sure and take my flags with me when I get off of the ship at CC! I never thought of using them to flag down the bar staff!

From what I understand, they are now making people get off the ship and re-board on the back to backs.
