Castaway Club?

Having cruised as part of our honeymoon last year we were expecting to get membership of the Castaway Club afterwards. Does anyone know how this happens? Do we have to apply for it?? ...or should it have been automatic?

You are automatically a member of the club after your first cruise.....Andy

We got a plastic card and some info about 6 weeks after we got off our cruise, it had our CC number on it so when I rebooked I gave them that number.

That's how it should work (getting a card with your number on it). If you didn't get a card you are still a member, just need to call Disney for your number. Do this when you rebook (or have you TA do it).

Hi UKAngel,

I e-mailed DCL recently as we hadn't received any docs for the CC and they advised to call DCL customer serv.

Called cust serv and we do have a membership number and it is noted on our file but because we are based in the UK the packs and membership cards are not sent to us

We took a note of the membership number so we can quote it at the castaway club check in desk.
