Castaway club

Hello, everyone!
1) My family and I have been at Disney Magic last year. We are from Brazil and that reservation was made by a travel agency. Some days ago, we've booked a cruise at Disney Fantasy, but we were unable to get our castaway club id, because we just don't know the phone number used by the travel agency last year... What can we do?
2) By the way, does anyone know if we can get any discount on Disney hotel rates due to the cruise reservation?

G'day from Australia, my family and I cruised on the Disney Dream for Christmas 2011 I don't have my KTTW and I booked via dreams unlimited travel so I don't know what phone number they used. Where else can I locate my castaway member number? We are wanting to book another Disney cruise.
