Castaway Club question

Hello, our One and only cruise was in October 2003. At that point, we figured it would be a one and done. But hey, now we have grandkids, and would like take our daughters family on a cruise.

So, would they be able and/or willing to look up our castaway club number? We’ve moved 2 times since the trip, so, the chances of retaining that info is pretty slim.

DCL will have it in their system. We did our first cruise in 2001 and didn't do our second until 2014. You don't have to give them the number. I don't even know what our's is, we've done 8 cruises now and always get the gold status privileges. We've moved several times also.

If you call DCL they will be able to help you. I went through this recently. My only DCL cruise was in 1998 when I was 14 years old. I didn't know my Castaway Club number. DCL was able to look up my information by my name and date of birth and update my information. They also allowed me to update my sister's information and my dad's and walked me through getting it connected to our online accounts. It took three total calls but the wait wasn't too bad and everyone I spoke to was so nice (I told them that those interactions already gave me the Disney magic vibes).

Early booking for 2025 cruises opens this week so if you can for help beginning tomorrow wait times on the phone could be longer. If you have time today call today. I just did that this morning and waited approx 3 minutes before speaking to a representative.

Thanks for your great replies! I may have a bit more time next weekend. It is nice to know they can make this happen . I’ve got some time, this cruise will probably be October 2025 or sometime in 2026.

They should be able to find it. I did a cruise when I was in high school (with my parents). Years later, when we went on a girls' trip, we showed up at port and they said "hey, you're silver, here's your lanyard!" We hadn't done anything to 'connect' my account or my Castaway Club number, so it happened just through my name alone. So they should absolutely be able to help you with that.
